RUGGED STRONG ATHLETICS is a strength and conditioning program, for men, women, and high-school/college athletes that focuses on building general physical preparedness (GPP)
**If you are afraid of hard work, sweat, or trying something new, this is not the gym for you.**
Why a Group Setting? Each class is performed in a group setting because, simply put, when we train in a team atmosphere, the intensity level, focus and results of our training improve dramatically due to the camaraderie, support and competition of a group environment, which will take our fitness to new levels.
We are located at 1256 Royal Drive in Papillion NE. We are directly behind the Papillion cemetary, just east of Tires Plus, and just north of Papillion La Vista High School. The closest major intersection is 84 and Giles.

RUGGED STRONG ATHLETICS is owned and operated by Corey Gill. Corey is currently a Crossfit Level 1 Coach and a Crossfit Strongman Coach. Corey was formerly a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. Corey has taken what he believes to be the best styles of fitness and has combined them together to create RUGGED STRONG ATHLETICS.
RUGGED STRONG ATHLETICS is not a health club. We are a private, bare bones, training and fitness facility. We do not have a juice bar, useless equipment, or a TV. Every time you come train, you will be coached. Unlike most gyms, we require that you work with a personal trainer (without the personal trainer prices). We believe that quality coaching gets better results and prevents injury. We WILL hold you accountable and help you get the results you want.
- The type of training done at RUGGED STRONG ATHLETICS is designed to allow anyone to train with us. You do not have to be fit or strong to start. It's okay if you are out of shape or over-weight. Our program is scalable to any body type and any fitness level. ANYONE can get results by training with us. We have successfully trained MS patients and stroke survivors.
